This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +1 more country.
• Collaborate with account teams as a reliable technical and value advisor.
• Assist customers in utilizing Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence platform to realize tangible operational results.
• Conduct organized customer discovery to ascertain needs, workflows, technical settings, and mission priorities.
• Convert requirements into problem statements and potential solutions.
• Measure and convey business and mission value.
• Design and showcase comprehensive solution architectures spanning on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployments.
• Deliver demonstrations, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts.
• Offer technical advice on integration, data workflows, security, performance, and scalability.
• Foresee technical risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Organize, lead, and document technical business reviews with key accounts.
• Examine investigative workflows and propose case-to-closure solutions encompassing collection, review, analysis, collaboration, and reporting.
• Identify and document risks and architectural deficiencies in strategic accounts, developing mitigation strategies.
• Gather customer feedback, feature requests, and emerging use cases for Product Management and R&D.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategies, growth plans, and renewal risk mitigation.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Represent Cellebrite at industry events, trade shows, training sessions, and workshops.
• Contribute to solution briefs, demo scenarios, playbooks, and internal training materials.
• Stay updated on trends in digital investigations, cloud, SaaS, security, and AI.
• Manage opportunities, pilot projects, TBRs, and strategic initiatives with a focus on organization and follow-through.
• Ensure that solutions comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and privacy standards.
• Located in the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Proficiency in Dutch is essential; English serves as the primary business language.
• Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions in customer environments (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid).
• Minimum of 4 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar).
• Experience collaborating with law enforcement, public safety, or government agencies (local, state, federal, or international).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Outstanding public speaking, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Strong IT foundation: familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, security, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS concepts, and storage systems.
• Robust business and analytical skills linking technical capabilities to operational, financial, and mission-related results.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management skills in a matrixed environment.
• Preferred: direct experience within law enforcement, public safety, or Federal/DoD environments.
• Preferred: hands-on experience with digital forensics, eDiscovery, incident response, or investigative workflows.
• Preferred: experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics, automation, or decision-support tools.
• Preferred: background working in or alongside Customer Success and/or Product Management teams.
• Relevant technical certifications are preferred (e.g., cloud platforms, security, digital forensics).
• Travel required (50–70%) to customer sites, events, and internal engagements.
