This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives as the main technical resource throughout the sales journey, starting from discovery to technical validation and closure.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer environments, security challenges, workflows, integration needs, and success metrics.
• Convert customer requirements into viable solutions utilizing Bolster’s platform and its capabilities.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical presentations, and workshops tailored to the specific use cases and priorities of customers.
• Organize and implement proof-of-value initiatives, which involve defining the scope and success metrics, configuring the solution, troubleshooting technical issues, and presenting outcomes.
• Assist customers in comprehending deployment requirements, APIs, integrations, data flows, authentication, and other technical considerations.
• Address technical inquiries and objections throughout the evaluation phase while articulating Bolster’s capabilities and differentiators.
• Work in conjunction with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales evaluation to implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, product requirements, and technical challenges.
• Create and maintain reusable technical assets, including demo environments, integration examples, technical documentation, and enablement materials.
• Keep up-to-date with cybersecurity trends, competitive solutions, and changing customer requirements related to digital risk and online fraud.
• Execute other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Security Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, or other technical solutions within enterprise customer environments.
• Proficient understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, ideally including digital risk protection, phishing, brand impersonation, threat intelligence, external attack surface management, or related fields.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to quickly learn about products, APIs, integrations, and customer environments.
• Proven experience in delivering product demonstrations and conducting technical evaluations or proof-of-value initiatives.
• Ability to convert technical capabilities into customer outcomes and business value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer evaluations and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
