Solutions Engineer, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with pharmaceutical clients to gain insights into their workflows, technical setups, data needs, and business objectives.

• Convert vague customer challenges into clear technical architectures and actionable implementation strategies.

• Develop solutions utilizing AI technologies, APIs, data frameworks, and integrations.

• Create prototypes, integrations, scripts, data processes, and simple applications.

• Guide technical exploration, architecture discussions, demonstrations, pilot programs, and implementation workshops.

• Collaborate with client engineering, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams to enhance deployment processes.

• Troubleshoot integration and deployment challenges involving APIs, data, cloud architecture, authentication, and AI functionalities.

• Communicate ongoing customer requirements to product and engineering teams to enhance reusable platform features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or comparable roles.

• Previous hands-on experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python and API fundamentals.

• Comfortable working with large language models (LLMs) and contemporary AI application architectures.

• Experience in integrating enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.

• Outstanding communication skills with customers and the ability to establish trust with engineers and executives.

• Capable of transforming loosely defined requirements into specific technical decisions.

• Strong product judgment and a high level of ownership in dynamic enterprise settings.

• Experience in deploying developer-facing or enterprise AI products is highly advantageous.

• Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with enterprise security, single sign-on (SSO), cloud architecture, or regulated deployments is a strong plus.

• Knowledge of voice AI or conversational applications is an added benefit.
