This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive consultative pre-sales architecture for intricate customer business and technical needs.
• Develop detailed blueprints, architectural frameworks, and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Account Teams, and Deal Acceleration Teams to identify and advance lifecycle selling and transformational opportunities.
• Lead CX RFP/RFI submissions as the appointed CX Lead Architect.
• Communicate the unique business value of integrated Cisco technology and professional services.
• Perform implementation risk assessments, cost-feasibility analysis, and transformation dependency mapping.
• Work alongside post-sales delivery architects to mitigate execution risks and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of contracted solutions.
• Engage with senior customer IT/OT decision-makers by leveraging vertical industry expertise.
• Partner with CX Product Management and go-to-market teams to expedite the rollout of emerging service offerings.
• Contribute to reusable architectural blueprints and best practices for delivery.
• Mentor developing architects and facilitate architectural transformation workshops.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Expert-level industry certification, such as CCIE or an equivalent qualification.
• Technical expertise across at least two major Cisco technology domains.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-architecture technical engagement lifecycles.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Ability to convert technical concepts into business-value discussions.
• Experience navigating high-stakes RFI/RFP processes for enterprise clients.
• Strong collaborative skills to foster alignment between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Capability to mentor and guide technical personnel on architecture standards and methodologies.
