This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main technical lead for customer implementations and adoption initiatives within the Harness AppSec portfolio.
• Offer direct technical support and consulting from the onboarding phase through to adoption and realization of value.
• Create strategic success plans for accounts and coordinate with customer leadership.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Harness platform, AppSec modules, AI applications, security protocols, DevOps, SecOps, cloud architectures, networks, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate customer usage data to uncover trends, adoption gaps, and areas for optimization.
• Provide actionable insights spanning technology, processes, and personnel aspects.
• Relay customer feedback to product management and work collaboratively with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Conduct business reviews and customer check-ins, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Identify accounts at risk through analysis of churn and adoption rates.
• Contribute to customer success methodologies, tools, resources, reference architectures, best practice documentation, and enablement materials.
• Engage in discussions on Harness Community forums.
• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management within the software or technology sector.
• More than 5 years of experience with various cloud infrastructures, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, DevOps, scripting, and application security solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with AWS is required; familiarity with GCP and Azure is an added advantage.
• Expertise in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Kubernetes, Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Linux ecosystems.
• Knowledge in infrastructure provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2.
• Programming/scripting experience with the capability to create custom integrations or tailored solutions for customers.
• Preferred experience in security engineering and architecture, application security, API security, AI security, development, DevOps, SecOps, or web security.
• Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies in AI, DevOps, Cloud, and Security.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
