This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Spearhead consultative pre-sales architecture for intricate customer business and technical needs.
• Convert requirements into detailed blueprints, architectural frameworks, and multi-year journey plans.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Account Teams, and Deal Acceleration Teams to pinpoint and advance lifecycle selling and transformational opportunities.
• Oversee strategic CX RFP/RFI responses, serving as the appointed CX Lead Architect.
• Communicate the business value of integrated Cisco technology and professional services.
• Perform implementation risk evaluations, cost-feasibility analyses, and transformation dependency mappings.
• Work alongside post-sales delivery architects to mitigate execution risks and ensure timely and budget-compliant solution delivery.
• Engage with senior customer IT/OT leadership by leveraging vertical industry expertise.
• Partner with CX Product Management and go-to-market teams to expedite the introduction of emerging service offerings.
• Gather delivery best practices and contribute to reusable architectural blueprints.
• Mentor developing architects and disseminate cross-architecture knowledge.
• Facilitate architectural transformation workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical solutions architecture or engineering.
• Possession of expert-level industry certification, such as CCIE or a comparable credential.
• Technical expertise in at least two primary Cisco technology domains.
• Proven success in managing intricate, multi-architecture technical engagement lifecycles.
• Profound understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Capability to translate technical ideas into business-value discussions.
• Experience navigating high-pressure RFI/RFP processes for enterprise clients.
• Ability to foster alignment between pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Skill to mentor and direct technical personnel on architecture standards and methodologies.
