Solutions Delivery Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive document-focused solutions that address customer business challenges.

• Implement and provide support for ASend, SCS CAC/PIV, the uniFLOW suite, and other output management solutions.

• Assess technical solutions for their viability.

• Act as a technical resource during escalations when assistance is required from the help desk.

• Support pre-sales activities related to solution sales.

• Foster relationships between internal and external support teams during technical escalations.

• Oversee delivery plans, manage client expectations, define the scope of work, and track project administration.

• Assist customers with software configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance.

• Develop user documentation.

• Deliver education and training to existing clients.

• Address technical issues related to software and other services during the installation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Willingness to work beyond standard hours as necessary.

• CDIA+ certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment.

• Network+, Cloud+, or Security+ certification; if not currently certified, must work towards obtaining within six months of promotion.

• Core Certifications for uniFLOW: Technician and Online Foundation.

• Any MS 365, Azure, or AWS Fundamental or Associate certification is preferred.

• Occasional local/regional travel may be required, ranging from 1 to 5 days or more, depending on the size and complexity of the implementation.

• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are necessary.

• Certain minimum auto insurance coverages are required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must reside in the United States at the time of hire.
