Retail Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to enhance the core business, boost sales, optimize display areas, and improve overall productivity.

• Assist with the setup and upkeep of innovative in-store displays.

• Engage with store staff and customers to share product knowledge and insights.

• Implement sales programs and promotional activities, ensuring customer compliance.

• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team on sales and merchandising strategies.

• Maintain product inventory levels, reduce out-of-stocks, and uphold merchandising standards.

• Collect and report customer needs, issues, interests, and competitive activities.

• Verify date codes and ensure account compliance with plan-o-grams.

• Replace decals or tags and transport, construct, and maintain point-of-sale advertising and coupons.

• Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to enhance in-store success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates who are eager to learn will be considered.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service is encouraged.

• Must reside in Grand Rapids, MI, or be willing to relocate at your own expense.

• Strong selling skills and the ability to influence store or ownership personnel through fact-based data selling, problem-solving, and creative thinking.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently across a large territory and manage multiple stores simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal and time-management abilities; able to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities, both verbally and in writing, across various levels of management.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands and their mission.

• Must be capable of lifting between 25-50 lbs, with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.

• Occasional off-hours or weekend work may be required.

• Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and possess a valid driver’s license for work-related duties.

• Willingness to travel throughout the territory, including long distances as necessary.

• Motor Vehicle Records must meet company standards per Driving Policy.

• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
