Solutions Consultant – Swag

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the customer journey for Enterprise swag programs, overseeing every stage from kickoff to ideation, product sourcing, mockups, sampling, quoting, and order placement.

• Facilitate ideation sessions that transform customer business objectives, brand guidelines, target audience, timelines, and budgets into actionable product concepts.

• Collaborate with the Swag Operations team to curate sophisticated product concepts, including factory-direct and fully custom options.

• Create engaging visual presentations and proposals that captivate customers and advance program initiatives.

• Oversee multiple concurrent Enterprise opportunities, ensuring each project remains on schedule, meets specifications, and stays within budget.

• Collaborate with the GTM team during pipeline reviews to influence bulk swag opportunities.

• Act as a knowledgeable resource for GTM teams regarding swag discussions.

• Foster strong supplier relationships in partnership with the Swag Operations team.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, expedite research, and elevate the customer experience.

• Work alongside Swag Operations on sourcing, pricing, and production execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of distributor-side experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products sector.

• Proven experience in quoting, sourcing, and independently managing programs.

• Extensive knowledge of the supplier network, encompassing catalog, custom, and factory-direct suppliers.

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, multi-deliverable programs from briefing to delivery, handling multiple active projects at once.

• Experience in directly managing customer relationships in either project management or account management roles.

• Background in overseeing complex projects valued at or exceeding $500k.

• A keen eye for premium branded merchandise and the ability to effectively communicate product recommendations.

• Highly motivated and self-driven.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

• Eager to learn about and proficient with AI tools, utilizing them on a daily basis.

• Excellent communication skills.
