Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic execution of contracted services for clients and partners.

• Facilitate discovery sessions to comprehend business needs and requirements.

• Design customized solution architectures that integrate with the Workiva Platform.

• Collaborate directly with clients and partners to implement standardized solutions.

• Maintain expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform through training initiatives.

• Exhibit best practices and provide mentorship to peers and Associates.

• Establish and configure technical systems, applications, and process designs.

• Manage client access, map and transfer data, document processes, and coordinate or provide training for client users.

• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation.

• Offer feedback to product and professional services teams for enhancements in products and processes.

• Assist clients both on-site and remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• An advanced degree may substitute for professional experience.

• Four years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related domain.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings.

• Reliable internet access for remote work periods.

• Ability to establish and maintain customer-first relationships.

• Preferred experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions.

• Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures is preferred.

• Consultant-level experience at a services company or in public accounting is preferred.

• Capability to influence and drive changes in business processes.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace technologies.

• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, or R is beneficial.

• Typically requires four years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or two years with a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
