Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop technical knowledge of the client's diverse advertising products, such as Signals, Measurement, and Delivery, and offer consultative advice to clients and internal sales teams regarding best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges arising from clients' use of advertising solutions.

• Report potential bugs to product and engineering teams and facilitate their resolution.

• Ensure a premium customer experience concerning advertising bug support and guarantee that all support SLAs are upheld.

• Discover opportunities to enhance and automate workflows and support processes.

• Serve as a technical liaison for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Assist businesses through scaled service delivery and operational execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology sectors.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and ticket escalation.

• Ability to translate technical concepts and solutions for non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery methods.

• Proficient in web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.

• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.
