This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with KLD's sales teams to bridge credibility gaps throughout the sales process.
• Demonstrate products and platform capabilities via demos, proofs of concept, and technical Q&A sessions.
• Act as a technical sales representative for KLD's product portfolio, engaging directly with clients and the market.
• Represent KLD at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, serving as a technical voice.
• Assist in strategic account planning meetings and initiate early-stage roadmap discussions.
• Function as a subject matter expert for the enablement of new products.
• Manage field readiness by providing product enablement, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and demo fluency.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and relay feedback from live client interactions.
• Coordinate with Product on internal roadmap communications.
• Convey field feedback to Product, acting as the voice of the customer.
• Maintain bi-weekly alignment with Product regarding roadmap and product feedback.
• Report through the Client Solutions leadership structure.
• Identify when specialized domain, regulatory, or industry expertise is required beyond the role's scope.
• A minimum of 5 years of client-facing presentation, demo, or technical sales experience, ideally in a technical industry.
• Proven experience conducting product demos, POCs, or technical proof points as part of a sales process.
• Excellent public speaking and live-demo delivery skills, with the ability to respond to technical Q&A and handle objections in real time.
• Capability to translate technical/product features into business value for non-technical stakeholders (GCs, litigation support, procurement).
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools in daily operations.
• Knowledge of legal tech or a quick ability to learn legal tech concepts and workflows.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and AI productivity tools.
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms, such as Salesforce.
• Comfortable creating and delivering polished presentations for clients.
• Must be eligible to work in the required country/region without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience in the legal industry, particularly in eDiscovery or a related field.
• Preferred: Familiarity with litigation, investigations, or regulatory workflows.
• Preferred: Experience in developing or delivering sales enablement content, including talk tracks, battlecards, and competitive positioning.
• Preferred: Background in legal education or as a paralegal.
• Preferred: CEDS or similar industry certification.
