📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for new small to mid-sized property managers during the onboarding process.

• Enhance prospect conversions through comprehensive virtual product demonstrations.

• Support prospects in establishing their PriceLabs accounts.

• Tailor PriceLabs usage to align with clients’ revenue management strategies and preferences.

• Articulate PriceLabs’ value proposition to potential clients effectively.

• Aim to meet and exceed performance benchmarks.

• Work in conjunction with Sales Ops to keep CRM information and account histories up to date.

• Enable knowledge transfer and handover of accounts that expand beyond mid-market by collaborating with Sales Ops and in-market Solution Consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of 2–3+ years as an Account Executive, in Customer Success, or in other sales/customer-facing positions, preferably within a SaaS environment.

• Achieved a math score of 85% or higher in the 10th grade.

• Capable of conducting product walk-throughs via video calls and effectively communicating product value and ROI to clients.

• Willingness and capacity to work within the LatAm time zone.

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Proven track record of meeting established sales performance metrics.

• Possess a data-driven, analytical, and quantitative mindset.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Experience in the short-term rental market and managing clients in LatAm is advantageous.
