Solutions Consultant, Hotels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Proactively seek out new business opportunities within the hotel sector by sourcing, engaging, and converting potential clients.

• Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, which includes outreach, consultative demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, and initial results.

• Assist hotel partners in effectively adopting PriceLabs to realize revenue enhancements.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups.

• Identify and implement strategies to expand accounts and boost adoption across various properties.

• Provide ongoing support for client success.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Growth teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for the hotel sector.

• Share field insights and recommendations to enhance offerings for the hotel segment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality technology.

• Strong understanding of decision-making processes among hotel operators, revenue managers, and OTAs.

• Ideally, experience in selling technology solutions such as RMS, channel managers, or booking engines to hotel groups.

• Preferred native proficiency in Spanish or French.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Strong sales skills with a keen interest in connecting with clients and understanding their requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach.

• Ability to interpret trends and support revenue growth strategies.

• Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Must reside in Europe, preferably in France, Spain, or Portugal.

• Must possess a valid work permit.
