Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide customers and potential clients through the exploration and assessment of Caseware solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor for accounting firms and organizations as they navigate technology modernization.

• Assist customers in evaluating software, including emerging AI and automation technologies.

• Collaborate with account management, training, professional services, support, and product teams.

• Work alongside Account Managers and Solution Consultants to aid prospects and customers in assessing and planning Caseware implementations.

• Conduct presentations, trials, and pilots, coordinating with technical or product subject-matter experts.

• Collaborate with customers on migration and implementation strategies from existing accounting and audit tools.

• Provide support during evaluations by sharing information on tools, processes, and resources while ensuring timelines and tasks remain on schedule.

• Develop and maintain product demonstration strategies that are value- and benefit-driven, including use cases and assets.

• Collect and convert customer feedback into actionable insights for Product teams.

• Participate in conferences, events, onsite demonstrations, and thought-leadership activities; travel may be required up to 10%.

• Design and implement processes and systems that support consistent, scalable services.

• Carry out internal improvement plans to facilitate future growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performing Audit, Assurance, Review, or Compilation engagements, or at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company catering to the Accounting Profession.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to comprehend and interpret stakeholder requirements.

• Knowledge of or a strong interest in AI-powered accounting solutions.

• Ability to discuss the application of AI in modern accounting, audit, and advisory workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with experience in tracking and managing multiple deliverables and tasks.

• Resourceful self-starter with initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

• Solid understanding of technology in the audit and accountancy sector, or a eagerness to learn.

• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent, with over 3 years of Audit or Accounting experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in software development, including the use of AI tools like Claude Code (preferred).

• Direct experience in authoring CaseWare solutions and/or using CaseWare for the creation of financial statements or performing engagements (preferred).

• Experience in leading technology adoption, training, methodology, or innovation initiatives in an accounting firm (preferred).

• Expertise in performing engagements under US auditing and accounting standards (preferred).

• Practical experience using AI tools, particularly for software development (preferred).

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience and/or qualifications in project, product, or program management (preferred).

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting, financial processes, and technologies (preferred).

• Familiarity with CRM systems and tools used for sales and lead management (preferred).

• Background in Product, Product Marketing, Sales, or experience closely collaborating with those functional teams (preferred).

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce (preferred).

• Experience in documenting internal processes and identifying/implementing efficiencies or quality improvements (preferred).
