This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the technical implementation and integration of HubSpot solutions.
• Design and implement CRM, data management, automation, and RevOps strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with Delivery Leads, Developers, Engineers, and Solutions Consultants during implementations, integrations, migrations, and custom development projects.
• Create scalable and customized HubSpot solutions utilizing advanced features and third-party integrations.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and identify further opportunities for HubSpot solutions.
• Develop diagrams and process maps using tools such as LucidChart.
• Participate in discovery sessions and help define solution requirements.
• Facilitate sprint cadence, organize work, and lead weekly client sprint meetings.
• Translate technical concepts into actionable business use cases.
• Oversee and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Educate clients on deliverables and platform processes, including train-the-trainer and direct training sessions.
• Draft task specifications, assign responsibilities, conduct quality assurance, and mentor team members.
• Plan, set up, and manage HubSpot workflows, custom objects, APIs/webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Carry out data migrations, property configurations, and third-party application integrations.
• Keep up-to-date with HubSpot beta features and technological innovations, including AI.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in at least one functional area, ideally in Technology, Sales, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience handling larger-scale CRM implementations or similar project work, preferably in consulting or professional services settings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once while adhering to client scope and budget.
• Strong technical knowledge of at least 3 HubSpot hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Data/Ops, Content/CMS).
• Comprehensive understanding of third-party system integrations, data modeling, migrations, and API/webhooks.
• Familiarity with system architecture and complex problem-solving involving data, technology, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach; capable of listening to clients and converting their challenges into effective solutions.
• Ability to navigate project limitations and guide clients towards appropriate solutions within a defined scope of work.
• Competence in exercising sound judgment when recommending AI-driven go-to-market processes.
• Experience in tracking and updating project status using one or more project management tools.
