Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer requirements and design customized technical solutions.

• Conduct product demonstrations highlighting the real-world ROI and impact of ApartmentIQ.

• Manage the technical customer relationship from the initial design and system setup to troubleshooting during the sales cycle.

• Work collaboratively with Sales and Product teams to implement pilot programs.

• Partner with Engineering and R&D to convert customer challenges into product improvement needs.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor actions.

• Travel up to 25% for client meetings and significant industry events.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and contribute to revenue growth for ApartmentIQ’s AI and data SaaS offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.

• Strong technical understanding of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with tech stacks such as Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo.

• Experience in multifamily sales is required.

• Self-motivated, adaptable individual with strong initiative.

• Exceptional networking and interpersonal abilities.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

• Must be open to traveling up to 25% for client meetings and major industry events.
