This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Expand Cohere's presence in the Nordics and throughout the broader European market.
• Collaborate with account executives, partners, and executive leadership to articulate and showcase the value of Cohere's technology.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges and align them with Cohere's solutions.
• Manage the technical relationship with stakeholders from customers and partners.
• Enhance both internal and external utilization of Cohere products.
• Collect customer feedback and insights to inform the development of future products.
• Oversee the design and execution of customer pilots for key enterprise and government clients.
• Lead technical discussions during customer calls.
• Design enterprise architectures for North deployments.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of customer inquiries and Cohere technology.
• Facilitate customer evaluations and pilot programs.
• Create and document processes to assist solutions architects and related teams in scaling efforts.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure offerings meet customer requirements.
• Work alongside partners to devise strategies that enable and expedite their customer engagements.
• Convert customer business goals into technical solutions.
• Act as the customer's voice and bridge to the product team.
• Offer best-practice advice, identify opportunities for platform enhancement, nurture technical advocates, and promote adoption.
• Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technical pre/post-sales roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Digital Strategy Consultant.
• A strong enthusiasm for Generative AI, with an understanding of the strengths and limitations of Generative LLMs and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of foundational ML concepts, including training methodologies and evaluation techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting to both CEOs and technical audiences.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous and unexplored environments.
• Proven capability to identify and implement effective processes in unstructured settings.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with Assistive Coding tools.
• Professional fluency in English for business and technical discussions.
• Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in architecting, deploying, or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Preferred: Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
