This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales phases to identify technical and operational challenges associated with asset management and maintenance support.
• Facilitate technical discovery discussions with potential clients regarding their ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems that need to integrate with MaintainX.
• Create integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates for seamless post-sales transfer.
• Develop and sustain a collection of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built resources, and reference architectures.
• Articulate integration feasibility and complexity during deal reviews and pricing discussions, proactively identifying risks to Sales leadership.
• Work alongside the post-sales Integrations team to enhance scoping templates and share information about the upcoming project pipeline.
• Provide live demonstrations and proof-of-concept integrations to potential clients as needed.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to advocate for client needs, accelerate deal progression, and refine value messaging.
• Over 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or a similar capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and contemporary integration methodologies.
• Comprehensive hands-on expertise with APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms like Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of SaaS delivery models, including onboarding processes, post-sale deployment, and customer success workflows.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM systems, including SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, or Infor.
• Demonstrated ability to define technical work scope and convert it into effort estimates.
