This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Interact directly with end-users and stakeholders to identify challenges, gather requirements, and establish criteria for success.

• Create practical and scalable solution architectures that are aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and refine solutions utilizing AI-native development tools and methodologies.

• Take ownership of solutions from the initial discussion to production deployment.

• Minimize the duration between recognizing an issue and delivering functional software.

• Enhance existing systems and processes through AI-powered solutions.

• Guide and mentor other Solution Architects to elevate the overall capability of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems capacity.

• Proven ability to develop and manage the delivery of intricate, AI-driven solutions.

• Ability to operate with a high degree of independence and translate ambiguity into manageable problems.

• A systems-thinking approach that encompasses multiple stakeholders and functional domains.

• Demonstrated history of mentoring or cultivating other builders.

• Excellent communication skills that connect business needs, technical realities, and organizational strategies.

• Relevant certifications in cloud, data, or AI platforms are advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
