This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
β’ Interact directly with end-users and stakeholders to comprehend issues, extract requirements, and establish success criteria.
β’ Create practical and scalable solution architectures based on business needs.
β’ Develop and refine solutions utilizing AI-native development tools and workflows.
β’ Take ownership of solutions from initial discussions through to production deployment.
β’ Minimize the duration between problem identification and delivery of functional software.
β’ Spot opportunities to enhance existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions.
β’ Architect I: tackle well-defined problems with close supervision and engage in user discussions with support from senior team members.
β’ Architect II: autonomously gather requirements, oversee the entire delivery cycle with limited oversight, identify gaps, suggest improvements, contribute to team standards, and share insights.
β’ Background in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
β’ Architect I: 0β2 years of experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
β’ Architect II: 2β4 years of experience in a solutions, technical, product, or systems role.
β’ Proven capability to create functional solutions using AI-native tools, substituting for formal education.
β’ Architect I: demonstrated proficiency in building effective solutions with AI-native tools.
β’ Architect II: established history of delivering AI-developed solutions from start to finish.
β’ Competence in gathering requirements through inquiry and active listening to users.
β’ A systems-thinking approach.
β’ Commitment to an iterative process of early shipping, collecting feedback, and rapid improvement.
β’ Excellent communication skills that bridge business requirements and technical realities.
β’ Relevant cloud, data, or AI platform certifications are advantageous, though not mandatory.
β’ Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.
β’ Remote work with flexible hours.
β’ Core collaboration hours based in Mountain Time.
β’ All travel, lodging, and other expenses covered for mandatory New Collaborator Orientation in Salt Lake City.
