Solutions Architect – ERP, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations, Human Resources, and Copilot for Finance projects, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, training, cutover, operations, and ongoing support.

• Oversee client engagement and facilitate workshops to identify business requirements.

• Document requirements in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, User Stories, and Azure DevOps.

• Conduct Conference Room Pilots to showcase D365 solutions to clients.

• Develop design documents for intricate customizations and report modifications.

• Direct data mapping and data imports into D365 utilizing data entities.

• Execute field mapping between D365 and integrating systems.

• Manage the configuration of dual-write between D365, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps.

• Review design documents, reports, data mapping, and integration mapping produced by team members.

• Ensure design documents encompass boundary conditions and thorough test scenarios.

• Supervise D365 and Copilot configuration.

• Lead functional, integration, and automated testing using the Regression Suite Automation Tool.

• Provide training on D365 and related systems for clients and Unify Dots team members.

• Oversee pre-go-live cutover and post-go-live client support, addressing issues and escalating to Microsoft as necessary.

• Offer pre-sales assistance for D365 opportunities by leveraging AI, drafting business scenarios, configuring systems, and delivering presentations.

• Champion the organizational use of AI and Copilot, including conducting training sessions and creating agents for ERP implementations.

• Prepare estimations, scopes of work, and assumptions for customizations, report enhancements, workflows, batch jobs, upgrades, integrations, and data migration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics AX2012R3.

• Proficient knowledge of D365 Finance - GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Management, and PMA is essential.

• Conversational proficiency in English.

• CA or CPA certification is a plus.

• Maintain the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect certification.

• May require travel to client sites.
