Master Data Management Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Implement Data Governance and related projects and initiatives.

• Oversee processes and maintenance of Master and Reference Data Management components to guarantee precise data creation, transformation, and retention.

• Contribute to the formulation of Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.

• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to develop processes and establish rules for data validity and consistency across systems of record.

• Work together with Data Governance Working Groups to enforce governance specifications on Master Data.

• Assist Data Owners and Stewards in strategically prioritizing MDM initiatives that align with business objectives.

• Implement, sustain, and enhance Data Governance and Stewardship Processes linked to the MDM ecosystem.

• Conduct audits and validate Master Data definitions.

• Lead or engage in defining business requirements for changes in system configurations.

• Design and create integration strategies for both new and existing initiatives.

• Connect with business stakeholders from various domains to forge a path toward mastering their data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of relevant integration experience.

• Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and evolving Data Governance and Stewardship Processes related to the MDM ecosystem.

• Background in auditing and validating Master Data definitions.

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology.

• Proficient in Python, SQL/PLSQL, Redshift, AWS Step Functions, Lambda, API integration, and Dataiku.

• Experience with ETL / Master Data Management tools such as Informatica, Profisee, or Semarchy.

• Capability to define business requirements to aid in system configuration changes.

• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data profiling and modeling.

• Knowledge of various data integration methodologies.

• Understanding of solution architecture and the implementation of integration design (Ingress/Egress).

• Ability to cultivate and maintain solid internal and external relationships.
