This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the daily delivery of retail software implementations from the discovery and kickoff phases through to configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop and oversee project plans that encompass scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, resource requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor progress and ensure stakeholders are held accountable for their commitments.
• Identify potential risks, eliminate blockers, manage changes in scope, drive decision-making, and escalate issues with recovery strategies.
• Facilitate customer and internal project meetings while keeping track of actions and decisions.
• Assist in the transition from Sales to implementation by confirming requirements, delivery assumptions, scope, and customer expectations.
• Convert customers’ planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, and inventory processes into functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product teams to confirm capabilities, address functional deficiencies, and align delivery dependencies.
• Coordinate with technical teams on data mapping, migration, integrations, and validation processes.
• Support functional configuration and verify software outputs against actual retail scenarios.
• Ensure readiness for user acceptance testing, training, and go-live phases.
• Drive resolution of issues, secure customer sign-off, stabilize post-launch, and promote adoption.
• Lead on-site implementation efforts and collaborate closely with customer teams to ensure milestone readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and facilitate a structured handoff to Customer Success and Support.
• Demonstrated experience in software implementation and delivery, including personal management of complex retail software projects through to go-live.
• Extensive knowledge in fashion and apparel retail, particularly in areas such as merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, inventory management, or retail technology delivery.
• Proven track record of executing initiatives across customer, product, and technical teams, with the ability to recover at-risk projects.
• In-depth understanding of retail planning and inventory platforms, as well as their integrations with merchandising, ERP, and other retail systems.
• Knowledge of assortment planning, allocation, replenishment, and inventory management, taking into account seasonality, size and color, markdowns, and inventory productivity.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers on software requirements, implementation, testing, training, and adoption processes.
• Capability to independently manage delivery as an individual contributor while coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience integrating in-house retail planning or merchandising with software implementation delivery at a retail technology provider or consulting firm is particularly advantageous.
• Background in supporting omnichannel or multi-brand fashion retail operations is especially beneficial.
• Familiarity with merchandise financial planning, open-to-buy, and demand forecasting is a valuable asset.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed project teams is highly desirable.
