Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales teams to support sales activities from the initial pre-sales phase through to post-sales relationships.

• Deliver architectural designs and engage in extensive proof of concepts, technical alliance validations, and post-sales deployments to assist Veeam service delivery partners.

• Offer subject matter expertise regarding the Veeam product suites to customers, partners, and internal teams at Veeam.

• Create whitepapers, best practice guides, competitive analysis documentation, and competitive strategies as needed to facilitate deployment engagements and sales opportunities.

• Actively participate in the Veeam Community Forums.

• Represent Veeam at marketing and technical presentations, contributing at a subject matter expert level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with hypervisor technologies from various vendors, including VMware, Microsoft, and RedHat.

• Practical experience in managing large and complex datacenter infrastructure operations.

• Familiarity with and understanding of the top three Hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

• Proficiency in relational database software.

• Experience with programming and scripting languages for automation purposes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable presenting to groups, both over the phone and in person.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

• Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.

• Possess project management capabilities.

• Proven expertise in focused solutions.

• Demonstrated logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English.
