Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define, develop, and sustain solution architectures that align with business goals and adhere to the organization’s technology standards.

• Design and implement data pipelines, ensuring scalability, governance, quality, and efficiency in the processing of information.

• Integrate security measures and controls into processes, solutions, and architectures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

• Support process automation initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence and associated technologies.

• Design, develop, and improve AI Agents to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with market-leading agentic frameworks and platforms, assessing and applying the most effective methods for each situation.

• Work alongside business, data, engineering, and technology teams to devise innovative solutions.

• Ensure that best practices are maintained in architecture, integration, performance, scalability, and observability for the solutions implemented.

• Encourage the adoption and development of AI capabilities throughout the organization, fostering operational efficiency and generating business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Solutions Architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and the leading frameworks and platforms available in the industry.

• Proven experience in creating and implementing AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents.

• Familiarity with containers and environment automation.

• Advanced understanding of Cloud Computing and Information Security.

• Capability to define scalable and secure architectures that align with business objectives.

• Analytical, collaborative, and adept problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication abilities for engaging with both technical and business teams.

• Experience with agentic frameworks and Generative AI solutions.

• Knowledge of data pipelines and data architecture.

• Experience in automating processes through AI.

• Proficient in multicloud environments and distributed architectures.
