Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and formulate solutions.

• Cultivate and sustain a profound understanding of cloud architecture, its capabilities, and limitations.

• Guarantee that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and in compliance with NRI best practices and standards.

• Oversee technical design and implementation evaluations.

• Create technical specifications and ensure alignment of development teams to these specifications.

• Work closely with development, testing, project management, and other cross-functional teams.

• Generate technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and conduct demonstrations.

• Develop precise pricing models and Statements of Work.

• Produce comprehensive solutions encompassing High-Level Designs, Solution Briefs, Statements of Work, Service Design, and Bills of Materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years in IT, with a focus on cloud migration and architecture, including the design, implementation, and management of cloud computing strategies, cloud adoption plans, application design, and monitoring.

• Experience in pre-sales activities and the development of proposals or Statements of Work (SoW) for solutions utilizing best practices.

• Proven ability to construct secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.

• Capability to connect technical, security, and business stakeholders.

• Expertise in Azure, AWS, and OCI.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and security practices.

• Extensive knowledge of public and hybrid clouds, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Platform, and Oracle Cloud.

• Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems, networking, and virtualization technologies.

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Skilled in programming languages like Python, Bash, or C#.

• Strong understanding of cloud security protocols and compliance standards.

• Excellent documentation skills, particularly in architecture design content and principles.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas to diverse audiences.

• Cloud certifications are highly regarded, including Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
