This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison in customer interactions.
• Assist clients in designing and implementing data extraction workflows and workspaces.
• Provide guidance on integrating GenAI and ML into business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet unique customer requirements.
• Develop custom code to align product functionalities with client needs.
• Work with potential and existing clients to create solutions utilizing Indico workflows and workspace products.
• Define project scope, requirements, resources, and success metrics.
• Deliver technical leadership for pilot programs and projects.
• Manage custom development, including discriminative model and generative prompt creation, ground truth testing, and system integration with customer IT environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales teams to operationalize customer use cases and standardize customizations.
• Champion customer needs and feedback.
• Facilitate customer and partner enablement through product and technical knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer-facing software development or professional services role.
• Proficient in engaging and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in Python programming.
• Experience with Python linting, type checking, formatting, and unit/regression testing.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD practices, and command-line operations.
• Knowledge of drafting solution design documents, data schemas, and JSON schemas.
• Understanding of synchronous polling, asynchronous event queues, and webhooks.
• Commitment to data/code security and privacy controls in HIPAA- and PII-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to establish trusting relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, Training, and Prompting (preferred).
• Experience with GenAI/LLM tools, including Claude, Gemini, or GPT (preferred).
• Background in AWS Lambda, Kubernetes, or deploying Celery services (preferred).
• Knowledge of GraphQL or REST APIs (preferred).
• Experience with ETL processes, data normalization/transformation, and process automation (preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker/Podman and containerization (preferred).
• Understanding of the Insurance industry, including underwriting and claims (preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work East Coast Timezone hours.
