This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect technical and functional requirements from clients to gain insights into their needs, environments, and limitations.

• Assist in the development of technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution workflows, and integration models, adhering to established standards and protocols.

• Provide support for technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and workshops aimed at clients.

• Aid in the identification of technical risks, integration needs, and possible customizations for suggested solutions.

• Collaborate with the Services team to ensure proposed solutions align with the technical roadmap and delivery capabilities.

• Assist the Marketing team by supplying technical information and insights for commercial and institutional materials.

• Organize and maintain up-to-date technical information, documentation, and records related to sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or solutions architecture.

• Familiarity with infrastructure, cloud computing, information security, and cybersecurity.

• Capable of clearly communicating technical concepts to clients and internal teams, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities at once.
