Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert on Blockdaemon's Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products, assisting customers through technical assessments and implementations.

• Collaborate with Sales Executives and prospective clients to showcase product compatibility, fulfill technical requirements, and successfully close deals.

• Advance the Land and Expand strategy aimed at large institutional clients.

• Lead professional services projects and proof-of-value demonstrations to enhance product adoption.

• Comprehend customer business needs and workflows to effectively position Blockdaemon products and design customized solutions.

• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, ensure feature readiness, and continually enhance offerings.

• Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences and webinars.

• Create best-practice documentation that incorporates customer insights and industry expertise.

• Provide tailored presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, executives, and various diverse audiences.

• Support Blockdaemon's comprehensive institutional offerings across Wallet, Nodes/APIs, and Staking infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a solutions architect or comparable role.

• Proficient in multiple development languages (e.g., Typescript, Solidity, Rust, Go), blockchain development frameworks and SDKs, as well as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

• Familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including operational and security issues pertinent to banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities.

• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise sales processes in a pre-sales or solutions role, covering scoping, proof-of-value demonstrations, and technical assessments.

• Experience collaborating directly with Tier 1 financial institutions or other large, security-conscious enterprises, preferably within the EMEA region.

• Ability to bridge technical and business audiences, customizing presentations for both engineers and C-level executives.

• Knowledge of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001 standards, API authentication, and secure deployment models.

• Excellent written communication skills, with a history of producing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams.

• Nice to have: a technical understanding of digital asset custody, key management, and cryptographic security, with practical experience in MPC, HSMs, and/or multi-sig architectures.

• Nice to have: familiarity with staking mechanics, node infrastructure, and blockchain APIs across major networks (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana).
