Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Empower account teams with the EUC strategy for Modern Platforms.

• Collaborate with clients to create statements of work, bills of materials, and presentations.

• Provide support for customer and vendor planning and development.

• Actively participate in customer meetings as part of the sales and technical team.

• Gather business and technical requirements.

• Facilitate discussions through whiteboard conversations.

• Present technical information and product demonstrations.

• Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives and generate bills of materials.

• Develop and present proposals.

• Support the Consulting Engineer team in project delivery.

• Offer daily work guidance to the solutions architect vertical.

• Function as the main escalation point for solutions architects and clients.

• Engage senior management when required.

• Assist with pre- and post-sales interactions, including IKO and EKO meetings.

• Provide consistent status updates to engineering managers regarding challenges, impediments, escalations, and resource requirements.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the training and validation of new processes.

• Aid in the development of new products and solutions.

• Attend client meetings to assess high-priority infrastructure concerns and offer or receive guidance.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of client environments and infrastructure.

• Deliver management feedback on process enhancements and areas of concern.

• Execute other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in AWS EUC solutions, particularly with WorkSpaces Personal and WorkSpaces Applications, including migration/replatform experience.

• Familiarity with AWS Core third-party offerings, such as Citrix Core on CMI and Horizon on Core V1.

• Broad knowledge of key EUC products and solutions, including Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, Microsoft AVD/Nerdio, Omnissa/Horizon 8, Horizon Cloud, and Workspace ONE.

• Prior consulting and presales experience is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to present solutions to clients, address RFPs/RFQs, and craft compelling written proposals.

• Strong commitment to SLAs and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent skills in documentation and standardization.

• Desired experience with AWS ProServe Citrix, AWS, AVD, and Omnissa/Horizon technology certifications.

• Additional experience with EUC providers such as VMware, AWS, and Microsoft is preferred.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with EUC vendors/tools like IGEL, Nexthink, ControlUp, IslandIO, Liquidware, FSLogix, and VDI monitoring solutions.

• Experience in a similar team lead or management role.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military service.

• More than 7 years of delivery and architecture experience in Citrix and the EUC ecosystem.

• Over 5 years of experience with one or more EUC architectures, including virtual applications and desktops, VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud, NetScaler, Citrix Cloud, AVD, Azure, and/or AWS WorkSpaces.

• Ability to work independently in a team setting.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• Must be based in the United States.
