Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main link between legal and regulatory findings and the Core Network team.

• Convert regional mandates into actionable functional requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate requirement discovery workshops with local Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), regulators, and internal teams.

• Assess regulatory requirements against platform capabilities to identify enhancements, trade-offs, and phased delivery options.

• Develop high-level technical workflows and flowcharts for regulatory services such as Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and Lawful Interception.

• Establish business rules and data exchange requirements for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing.

• Specify data points and reporting frequencies mandated by local authorities.

• Lead the definition of acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and sign-off requirements.

• Oversee technical-regulatory checklists across various countries and escalate identified risks.

• Collaborate with central databases and external partners on interworking specifications and integration milestones.

• Guide Solution Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams through mentorship.

• Provide functional leadership to development teams and assist in solution design decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, ideally in the Telecom or Tech sectors.

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex regulatory documents into implementable engineering tasks.

• Proficient in discussing SIP, SMS routing, and MNP databases with technical engineers.

• Highly experienced in crafting User Stories and Functional Specifications and managing Jira tickets.

• Background or strong interest in international roaming, interconnectivity, and diverse global telecom markets.

• Capability to produce structured technical documentation and process flowcharts.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members.

• Proficient in acting as a liaison among legal, product, and engineering teams.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Previous experience in MVNO or Mobile Core environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with GSMA standards and eSIM technology is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting is preferred.
