Solutions Architect – App Xchange

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic discovery initiatives with enterprise clients to create customized workflow architectures and develop long-term digital strategies.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison and mentor among Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to facilitate new product launches.

• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and enhance internal consulting environments.

• Address complex architectural escalations.

• Promote ongoing process improvements across client engagements.

• Partner with strategic enterprise clients to identify needs and design comprehensive system workflows.

• Act as a trusted advisor, mentor, and product liaison, influencing the vision of construction technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Trimble App Xchange).

• More than 5 years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction sector.

• Extensive knowledge of construction business processes, particularly accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).

• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, gather requirements, and lead multi-project engagements.

• Strong understanding of project management practices and enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Google Suite.

• Experience with Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools like Kantata.

• PMP certification or a formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.
