This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more states.
• Collaborate closely with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to design, implement, and operationalize NVIDIA hardware and software solutions that integrate with datacentre power, cooling, and MEP systems.
• Work together with Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and secure opportunities for NVIDIA products and solutions.
• Act as the primary technical liaison during customer development, construction, and production of extensive GPU cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct technical meetings with customers covering various topics, including projects, products, new technologies, debugging, power usage, and cooling efficiency.
• Create Proofs of Concept that address networking, compute, and MEP infrastructure requirements for AI and HPC workloads.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and workshops for customers focused on datacentre best practices, power and cooling optimization, and MEP requirements.
• Analyze and develop joint solutions for performance and scaling challenges, including power and cooling bottlenecks.
• Provide guidance to customers on datacentre design trends, modular construction, power management, cooling techniques, and MEP innovations.
• Offer feedback and recommendations to engineering and business teams for future products and infrastructure improvements.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with datacentre electrical, mechanical, and environmental standards and regulations.
• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related Engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 8 years of experience in Solution Engineering or related Sales Engineering or Cloud Engineering roles, working directly with partners and customers.
• Drive and motivation to manage and lead technical customer engagements throughout the complete customer lifecycle.
• At least one datacentre certification is required: ATD, CDCAP, CDCDP, CDCEP, CDCMP, or CDCSP.
• Experience in designing and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
• Practical knowledge of datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC applications.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to clearly communicate ideas through documentation and presentations.
• Familiarity with large datacentre design, power distribution, and liquid-to-chip cooling solutions.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA hardware, including GPUs, Ethernet/InfiniBand networking components, and storage in extensive AI and HPC cluster environments.
• Background in large-scale GPU systems, including performance testing and AI benchmarking.
