Solutions Application Specialist – Laboratory Technologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer implementations, system validations, upgrades, and go-live initiatives for Siemens Healthineers diagnostic solutions.

• Facilitate installation processes in collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Provide Train-the-Trainer and end-user training on instrument operation, quality control, assay performance, and workflow optimization.

• Offer technical application support, resolve customer issues, and engage in escalations as necessary.

• Promote implementation excellence through customer involvement, project management, and technical governance.

• Assess customer satisfaction, detect potential risks, and relay concerns to stakeholders.

• Assist in assay validation efforts and perform statistical analyses for new test implementations.

• Guide and support other Solutions Application Specialists, extending assistance across regions and territories.

• Ensure adherence to Siemens Healthineers Quality System standards, company policies, FDA regulations, OSHA requirements, and safety protocols.

• Record activities and utilize company communication and reporting tools effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a relevant scientific field.

• Certification as MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MT(AMT) is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.

• Experience in field applications is preferred.

• Familiarity with assay validation, method verification, and statistical analysis related to laboratory test implementation.

• Solid understanding of Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation testing.

• Strong communication, presentation, and training skills in customer-facing environments.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company policy standards.

• Willingness to travel over 90% of the time, including frequent overnight stays.

• Commitment to supporting customers and projects nationwide as business needs arise.

• Ability and a clean driving record are essential.
