This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of customer implementations, system validations, upgrades, and go-live activities for Siemens Healthineers diagnostic solutions.

• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to coordinate installation activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

• Provide Train-the-Trainer and end-user training on instrument operation, quality control, assay performance, and workflow enhancement.

• Offer technical application support, troubleshoot customer issues, and engage in escalations as necessary.

• Promote implementation excellence through effective customer engagement, project coordination, and technical governance.

• Assess customer satisfaction, pinpoint potential risks, and relay concerns to relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with assay validation activities and conduct statistical analysis related to new test implementation.

• Guide and support other Solutions Application Specialists while providing regional and territorial assistance as business demands dictate.

• Ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers Quality System requirements, company policies, FDA regulations, OSHA standards, and all safety protocols.

• Precisely document activities and make use of company communication and reporting tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• At least two years of clinical laboratory experience; field applications experience is preferred.

• Proven experience in assay validation, method verification, and statistical analysis associated with laboratory test implementation.

• Familiarity with Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Hematology, and Coagulation testing.

• Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and training abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record as per company policy.

• Willingness to travel over 90% of the time, including frequent overnight stays.

• Commitment to support customers and projects nationwide based on business needs.

• A valid driver's license, along with the ability and good driving record, is required.

• MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or MT(AMT) certification is preferred.
