This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.
• Facilitate technical discovery meetings to grasp the integration needs of enterprise clients.
• Develop integration solutions utilizing standard connectors, custom APIs, or browser extensions.
• Oversee API integrations from initial setup and staging through to production launch.
• Set up intricate field mappings, data flows, cost codes, departments, and account structures.
• Perform comprehensive testing of API payloads, webhooks, callbacks, and workflows within sandbox environments.
• Diagnose REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON payloads, OAuth authentication, synchronization, and permission challenges.
• Collaborate with third-party integration partners for technical configuration and issue resolution.
• Draft technical SOW components, Change Orders, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and testing protocols.
• Generate and manage Jira tickets for Engineering when development or product modifications are necessary.
• Assess technical risks, infrastructure constraints, and project scope prior to development.
• Test updates on partner platforms, ensure integration stability, and document regression issues.
• Produce technical documentation, API demonstrations, and integration resources for internal teams.
• Assist in customer-facing technical webinars and presentations.
• Act as the technical liaison between enterprise clients, Sales, Onboarding, Engineering, and third-party partners.
• Manage the technical lifecycle of complex integrations from discovery and solution design to API configuration, deployment, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience in analyzing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, XML/JSON data, and OAuth.
• Practical experience in configuring integrations within enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Dayforce, iCIMS, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, and Lever.
• Solid understanding of data mapping, multi-tenant environments, parent-subsidiary structures, and dynamic cost-allocation logic.
• Experience in creating technical SOWs, workflow diagrams, and project documentation.
• Proficient in managing technical work using tools like Jira.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements for business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, commercial teams, third-party partners, and software developers.
• Quick learner with the capability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
