This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Collaborate with Growth, Client Service, and Technical Delivery teams to provide Snowflake expertise during presales efforts for new business opportunities, RFPs, and strategic account growth.
• Assist in the design and scoping of solutions, converting business goals into comprehensive Snowflake-centric architectures.
• Create and present technical demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Act as a representative for Bold Orange in Snowflake partner-related sales activities and collaborative opportunity development.
• Clearly convey how Snowflake-driven solutions enhance audience precision, enable scalable personalization, and provide measurable impacts on customer experience.
• Serve as Bold Orange's internal expert on Snowflake, focusing on data sharing, Snowpark, dynamic tables, CoCo, CoWork, and Horizon governance.
• Stay updated on Snowflake’s product roadmap and partner ecosystem.
• Support the establishment of delivery standards, best practices, internal knowledge repositories, enablement, and solution workshops.
• Collaborate on developing joint pipelines, co-selling strategies, partner enablement, reference submissions, case studies, and competency documentation.
• Provide guidance on and document conceptual architectures, including architecture diagrams, data-flow documentation, and integration maps.
• Design data architectures that facilitate audience creation, journey orchestration, and cross-channel personalization within Salesforce Data 360, Braze, and HubSpot.
• Ensure that proposed architectures comply with governance, security, and compliance requirements, and ensure smooth transitions to delivery teams.
• Maintain Snowflake partner certifications and program eligibility, and represent Bold Orange at Snowflake events and partner days.
• SnowPro Core certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
• A strong interest in the intersection of data and marketing.
• Capability to translate client business requirements into conceptual data architectures and solution designs.
• Experience in integrating Snowflake with marketing technology and data activation platforms like Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud, Braze, or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with RFP responses, proposal creation, client presentations, and technical demonstrations.
• Knowledge of dbt, Fivetran, AWS/Azure/GCP, and BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience within a Snowflake partner organization is preferred.
• Knowledge of Snowflake CoCo, Snowpark, Postgres, or Native Apps for AI-driven applications is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing use cases like audience segmentation, identity resolution, customer lifetime value modeling, or real-time personalization is preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance, data clean rooms, or identity resolution in a marketing data context is preferred.
• A background in marketing services, CX agencies, or MarTech consulting environments is preferred.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to client locations and industry events is preferred.
