This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support and/or oversee the entire sales cycle for designated accounts and programs, ranging from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both current and prospective customers, including educators, administrators, and program leaders.
• Engage with leads generated by marketing, qualify opportunities, and implement strategic outreach campaigns.
• Enhance customer relationships by grasping their needs, pinpointing solution opportunities, and providing customized recommendations.
• Promote Teaching Strategies' products and services to both existing and former customers through outreach efforts, demonstrations, and relationship building.
• Organize and conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales goals while contributing to team bookings and revenue objectives.
• Acquire knowledge about products and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer interactions, sales activities, pipeline, and campaign performance while ensuring accurate account records are maintained.
• Occasionally travel domestically.
• A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a customer-facing position.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• A strong desire to learn and grow within a sales career.
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, with a willingness to learn and implement new strategies in the education sector.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce or a similar platform.
• Capability to quickly learn and comprehend educational product features, benefits, and use cases.
• Basic skills in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to educators and parents.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong ambition to meet and exceed targets.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion.
