This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of solution partners ranging from Registered to Platinum tier, directly overseeing relationships and deals.
• Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for strategic partner accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Coordinate efforts among PandaDoc, customers, and solution partners at each phase of the deal process.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new solution partners.
• Develop partners into active co-sellers that generate qualified leads and a robust pipeline.
• Enhance partners' sales and marketing strategies.
• Guide partners through the tier advancement process from Registered to Platinum.
• Manage revenue quotas that are sourced or influenced by partners.
• Lead account mapping, partner readiness initiatives, field alignment, and the execution of strategic deals.
• Organize partner deal reviews and address any obstacles that arise.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success teams on partner-involved deals through to closure.
• Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to represent PandaDoc effectively.
• Utilize AI to create and maintain partner playbooks, training materials, and scalable onboarding programs.
• A minimum of 4 years in partnerships, channel sales, or a partner-facing sales role within a SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a portfolio of partner relationships, with quantifiable effects on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to guide partners through intricate sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in recruiting and onboarding new partners from initial outreach to signed agreements.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in undefined areas.
• Familiarity with document workflow, eSignature, or sales process automation is advantageous.
