This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate activities to ensure readiness for initiatives prior to planning and execution.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, operations, and technology stakeholders to define scope, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.
• Oversee discovery and solutioning processes for implementation planning.
• Identify gaps in readiness and organize necessary actions.
• Assist in transitioning approved initiatives into quarterly planning and execution frameworks.
• Lead the preparation for quarterly planning and conduct multi-team planning sessions.
• Coordinate the sequencing and alignment of work across all participating teams.
• Support capacity-aware planning while maintaining transparency regarding commitments, milestones, objectives, and delivery targets.
• Facilitate synchronization throughout the entire planning cycle.
• Ensure visibility into cross-team dependencies, constraints, and delivery risks.
• Manage issue resolution, remediation, escalation, and tradeoff discussions.
• Track the health of initiatives and their delivery progress.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and insights at the solution level.
• Conduct retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify organizational barriers and suggest enhancements.
• Advocate for delivery standards, planning methodologies, and governance expectations.
• Support leadership discussions with actionable insights for execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and team leaders to enhance planning, coordination, and delivery efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in managing complex business, technology, product, program, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in coordinating efforts across business and technology organizations.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Exceptional facilitation, planning, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and iterative planning methodologies.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting large-scale business or technology initiatives across various teams.
• Preferred: Involvement in quarterly planning, portfolio execution, dependency management, or enterprise delivery coordination.
• Preferred: Background in the financial services or insurance sector.
• Preferred: Proficiency with Jira and enterprise planning or reporting tools.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications in Agile, Product, Program, or Change Leadership.
