This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert throughout the entire sales process, from discovery to solution validation and planning for implementation.
• Provide customized product demonstrations specifically designed for rehabilitation therapy organizations.
• Emphasize clinical, operational, and financial outcomes during demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to grasp customer objectives and convert business needs into scalable technological solutions.
• Guide customers in optimizing rehabilitation workflows, including scheduling, documentation, billing, claims management, and best practices in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Work alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to shape product direction and represent customer requirements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and features to enhance demonstrations and expedite problem-solving.
• Spot opportunities for improving customer outcomes.
• Create technical proposals, solution designs, and recommendations focused on ROI.
• Keep abreast of trends in rehabilitation technology, healthcare operations, RCM, interoperability, and artificial intelligence.
• Assist in strategic sales initiatives as a trusted advisor to both executive and operational stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in healthcare technology, rehabilitation software, EHR systems, practice management, billing, or related healthcare SaaS environments.
• Solid understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), encompassing claims processing, reimbursement workflows, payer interactions, denials management, and billing operations.
• Capability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering tailored software demonstrations and technical solutions.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent consultative communication skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support customer and prospect engagements.
