Solution Engineer, Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver software demonstrations in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Offer technical expertise by documenting processes and performing workflow analysis in retail opportunities.

• Work alongside the sales force to devise solutions that meet customer needs.

• Coordinate with Product Managers regarding prospects for product development.

• Host webinars for customers and potential clients.

• Travel domestically up to 50% as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in presales within the retail sector or equivalent operational retail experience.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, point-of-sale systems, and payment solutions.

• Experience supporting both direct and channel sales efforts.

• Background in the manufacturing, distribution, or finance sectors.

• Proven experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• MST, CST, or EST certification preferred.
