Solution Engineer, IAM, IGA, SME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Palo Alto Networks’ IDIRA Workforce IAM and IGA projects throughout the Central US region.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in IAM and IGA.

• Empower customers by providing technical problem-solving support.

• Design enterprise security roles that comply with regulatory audit standards.

• Utilize Postman to test APIs.

• Automate workflows and resolve practical security challenges through scripting.

• Educate, document, and enable both teammates and customers.

• Collaborate with hybrid teams across various geographical locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IAM.

• Understanding of identity lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with federation protocols, including OIDC/OAuth.

• Knowledge of SSO and MFA.

• Awareness of zero-trust and least-privilege frameworks.

• Experience with CyberArk, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or Active Directory.

• Experience in API testing using Postman.

• Capability to design enterprise security roles that align with regulatory audit requirements.

• Proficient in teaching, documenting, and enabling colleagues and customers.

• Knowledge of the competitive landscape in IAM and IGA.

• Ability to communicate the advantages of CyberArk’s solutions.

• Practical skills in scripting.
