This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and engage in client discovery discussions to comprehend business objectives, technical challenges, requirements, priorities, and constraints.
• Create customized solutions and implementation strategies that are technically viable, properly scoped, and realistic to achieve.
• Assess architectural alternatives, technical trade-offs, dependencies, and decisions between building or buying solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partner managers, technical subject matter experts, and delivery leaders.
• Develop technical strategies, architectures, demonstrations, estimates, timelines, staffing suggestions, scopes, presentations, and proposal documentation.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical considerations for executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Offer subject matter expertise during client interactions, presentations, and solution development processes.
• Acquire knowledge of unfamiliar technologies and technical domains sufficiently to pinpoint risks, gaps, and necessary expertise.
• Highlight relevant company experience, case studies, previous work, and evidence of success.
• Bring to light assumptions, dependencies, risks, and unresolved questions early in the process.
• Facilitate the transition from sales to delivery by documenting and communicating requirements, decisions, commitments, assumptions, and expectations.
• Modify recommendations as information, priorities, or opportunities change.
• Over 5 years of experience in solution engineering or a similar client-facing technical position that necessitates understanding complex healthcare technology issues and crafting practical solutions.
• Proven experience with healthcare data and technology, encompassing health systems, healthcare analytics, interoperability, clinical or operational systems, or related healthcare technology environments.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in modern data, cloud, analytics, integration, or AI architectures, with an understanding of how components, platforms, and systems integrate.
• Proven ability to lead or participate in client discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, or scoping activities.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to synthesize business and technical information into a clear recommended approach while articulating technical trade-offs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suitable for healthcare executives, business leaders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to navigate between high-level business discussions and intricate technical conversations.
• Experience collaborating across various teams or disciplines to create solutions, recommendations, proposals, or project plans.
• Capability to develop and communicate project assumptions, estimates, timelines, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Quick learner of unfamiliar technologies and technical domains.
• Comfortable operating in uncertain environments where requirements may shift.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail.
• Must be able to work remotely and independently from a home office.
• Willingness to travel for onsite meetings as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
