This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate AI-driven discovery sessions and gather requirements
• Recognize opportunities for intelligent decision-making, automation, and optimization
• Convert client needs into comprehensive AI-enabled solutions
• Design and implement scalable Bureau Composer systems
• Develop real-time decision-making workflows and both standard and custom solutions
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops on AI solutions
• Oversee the production deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to locate expansion opportunities and enhance incremental revenue
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection frameworks, including FCRA, FACTA, IAM, and data protection laws
• Create reusable AI solution patterns, accelerators, and strategies
• Work alongside clients, sales, and other departments
• Manage the complete solution lifecycle from client requirements to production-ready architectures
• Report to the Senior Director of Solutions Design
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• More than 3 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture in client-facing roles
• Hands-on experience with AI applications, LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI use cases
• Proven experience in translating requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Ability to distill complex concepts into simpler terms
• Familiarity with security practices, IAM, data protection, and compliance frameworks
• Background in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Python or SQL programming languages
• Background in supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements
• Practical experience applying LLMs or ML models in real-world or production scenarios
• Experience in building or implementing AI-driven workflows, automation, or decision-making solutions
• Experience integrating AI with APIs, applications, or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience in designing AI-enabled business solutions beyond mere proofs of concept
• Knowledge of API-first, microservices-based architecture
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and S3
• Experience with real-time and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of data integration and distributed system design
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis for validation and troubleshooting
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and data integration methodologies
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Understanding of credit risk decision-making, fraud and identity decision-making systems, bureau data, and decision strategies
