Solution Engineer – AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop distinctive value propositions to ensure that AI services are both impactful and relevant.

• Enhance the ability for systematic AI adoption throughout the organization.

• Partner with stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases.

• Successfully implement and deliver new AI services.

• Transform business requirements into actionable AI solutions for finance, HR, sales, service, legal, and quality assurance teams.

• Manage solutions from the initial request through development to final delivery.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders and external partners.

• Identify and rank AI use cases in conjunction with business teams.

• Design, develop, and scale AI services, including large language models and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) solutions.

• Deliver effective solutions rapidly and integrate them into existing business processes.

• Guide external development partners and articulate technical decisions to stakeholders.

• Assist teams in adopting AI and disseminate effective practices throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in independently developing and deploying AI solutions.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft services, especially Azure, and Anthropic's Claude suite.

• Familiarity with machine learning, LLMs, RAG, and data engineering methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• A relevant master’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• More than 10 years of experience in operational and strategic technology roles within an industrial environment.
