Solution Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee client relationships after contract signing

• Guarantee quality service provision and compliance with contractual agreements, including scope change management

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the deployed solutions

• Lead and offer strategic guidance to cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of program objectives

• Create and oversee clinical trial budgets

• Ensure compliance with financial limitations and project schedules

• Offer insights on resource allocation to enhance efficiency

• Confirm that program activities comply with regulatory standards, industry norms, and ethical practices

• Partner with sales and business development teams to define potential engagements

• Set up communication channels for new customer opportunities and leads

• Provide strategic insights to scientific and product teams for program enhancement

• Serve as a primary contact for customers and drive overall customer engagement success

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in managing customer delivery for large enterprise projects

• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider market

• Proven track record in delivering complex technology programs

• Experience in building and sustaining robust customer relationships, both internally and externally

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities

• Consultative and cooperative approach

• Background in public health, disease surveillance, or laboratory science-related fields

• Familiarity with complex service offerings that involve multiple stakeholders and technologies

• Proactive and adaptable attitude

• Capacity to take initiative and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to collaborate, learn, and grow

• Proficiency with Google's productivity tools, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
