This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide Principal-level guidance for intricate Provider DDI solution delivery projects.
• Take ownership of integrated delivery plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints.
• Oversee the integrated delivery operating model and execution rhythm across functional, technical, data, testing, PMO, vendor, client, architecture, and operational workstreams.
• Assess solution design, technical feasibility, and ensure alignment with architectural standards and solution objectives.
• Manage dependencies, transitions, obstacles, sequencing conflicts, trade-offs, critical path activities, and commitment risks.
• Propel the resolution of risks, issues, assumptions, actions, decisions, change requests, and governance matters.
• Lead readiness execution across SIT, UAT, operational readiness, integration validation, deployment preparation, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate with PMO on schedule adherence, delivery health evaluations, governance preparation, financial transparency, action tracking, and executive reporting.
• Counsel the Engagement Lead on delivery strategy, client communications, executive escalations, and recovery measures.
• Persuade stakeholders regarding scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, dependencies, readiness criteria, and program commitments.
• Direct resource planning, staffing alignment, and mentoring of delivery personnel.
• Convert technical risks, architectural impacts, integration concerns, and readiness gaps into business implications and executive recommendations.
• Create and present governance materials, executive updates, and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a degree in business, information technology, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in program management, principal project management, or solution delivery leadership within large-scale implementation settings.
• Proven experience in leading complex Provider, Medicaid Enterprise, healthcare, or highly regulated delivery programs across numerous workstreams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in managing integrated plans, dependencies, RAID, change control, governance, readiness checkpoints, executive reporting, and delivery health for complex programs.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise architecture, solution design, system integration, integration testing, deployment planning, and operational readiness.
• Established ability to influence executive stakeholders, client leaders, vendors, and internal delivery teams, including leading delivery recovery, escalation, trade-off, and readiness decisions.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill technical topics into business implications and executive-level recommendations.
