Solution Consultant – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist consulting and advisory partners throughout EMEA in understanding, positioning, and showcasing Workiva as a governed data and AI platform.

• Link Workiva’s platform capabilities to the needs of clients in areas such as Sustainability, Financial Reporting, and GRC.

• Contribute to the Believe, Activate, and Innovation partner strategy.

• Collaborate with Alliance Directors, Partner Sales Executives, and sales teams on partner account strategies.

• Aid partners in identifying Workiva opportunities within their client portfolios and advance the partner-sourced and co-sell pipeline.

• Utilize sustainability insights while enhancing proficiency in positioning and showcasing Workiva’s broader Core solutions.

• Develop and present solution demonstrations that highlight customer value and potential for growing services revenue.

• Conduct partner activation and enablement sessions.

• Create and modify demo scripts, solution guides, playbooks, train-the-trainer materials, and partner certification content.

• Work alongside senior Partner Solution Consultants on engagements and reusable resources.

• Configure and manage partner demo environments.

• Provide guidance to partners on platform fluency and differentiated client solutions and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, partner enablement, management consulting, technical sales, or solution delivery.

• Proven experience in translating business requirements into clear solution recommendations, demonstrations, or enablement sessions.

• Capability to deliver engaging, value-focused presentations to both business and technical audiences.

• Prior experience in software demonstrations is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Foundational knowledge of sustainability reporting, sustainability data management, or carbon accounting.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains, building proficiency in Sustainability, Financial Reporting, and GRC.

• Experience collaborating with or within consulting and advisory firms, including the Big Four or equivalent.

• Proven track record in creating reusable partner-facing content, such as demo frameworks, solution guides, training materials, or certification content.

• Familiarity with financial reporting, ERP, GRC, general ledger, FP&A, or analytics and reporting solutions.

• Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, AI technologies, enterprise data structures, or API integrations.

• Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple engagements effectively and work independently.

• Proactive mindset towards problem-solving, continuous learning, and enhancing partner engagement.
